These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing through the SHINOX online store.

2. Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions are an integral part of every purchase agreement concluded through the SHINOX online store.
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
All contractual relationships are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.
3. Order and Conclusion of Contract
All goods presented are an informative offer and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase agreement.
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order, especially in cases of:
- obviously incorrect price,
- out of stock,
- technical system error,
- suspicion of fraudulent conduct,
- repeated non-collection of consignments by the buyer.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in Czech crowns.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT.
The price stated at the order confirmation is final.
In the event of an obvious technical error in the price, the seller is not obliged to deliver the goods at the incorrectly stated price.
5. Payment Terms
The buyer can use the following payment methods:
- payment card
- bank transfer
- cash on delivery
- other payment methods available at checkout
The order may be dispatched only after the payment has been credited.
6. Delivery of Goods
The delivery time is indicative.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by:
- carrier,
- force majeure,
- customs procedures,
- manufacturer or supplier.
The buyer is obliged to provide correct delivery information.
If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the cost of re-shipment may be charged.
7. Acceptance of Shipment
Upon receipt, the buyer is obliged to check:
- intactness of the packaging,
- number of packages,
- visible damage.
If the shipment is damaged, it is recommended to draw up a complaint report with the carrier.
Later claims for damage caused by transport may be difficult to prove.
8. Title of Ownership
The goods remain the property of the seller until the full purchase price has been paid.
The risk of damage passes to the buyer at the moment of receipt of the shipment.
9. Withdrawal from the Contract
A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Withdrawal must be announced in an unambiguous manner.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
Returned goods must be:
- complete,
- clean,
- without excessive wear and tear,
- including accessories.
The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to become acquainted with their nature and characteristics.
The refund will be processed no later than the statutory period after receipt of the returned goods or after proof of their dispatch.
10. Complaints
The buyer is entitled to assert rights arising from defective performance in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Complaints will not be accepted, especially in cases of:
- mechanical damage caused by the buyer,
- normal wear and tear,
- improper use,
- use contrary to instructions,
- unauthorized product modifications,
- damage by aggressive chemicals,
- damage caused by accident.
The seller may request:
- photographs,
- video,
- sending the product for assessment.
If the complaint is unfounded, the buyer may be charged the reasonably incurred cost of return shipping.
11. Liability
The seller is not liable for:
- damage resulting from improper use of products,
- damage caused by unprofessional assembly,
- indirect or consequential damages,
- lost profit.
All products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
12. Product Availability
Product photos are illustrative.
Due to monitor settings, colors may differ slightly from reality.
Product dimensions may show standard manufacturing tolerances.
The manufacturer may change the packaging or minor structural elements of the product without prior notice, provided that its functionality is not affected.
13. Gifts and Promotions
Gifts provided free of charge are not part of the purchase agreement.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract, they are obliged to return all provided gifts as well.
Discount promotions are valid only while stocks last or until the end of the promotion.
14. Intellectual Property
All photographs, texts, graphics, logos, and other content of the SHINOX online store are protected by copyright.
Any copying, distribution, or other use without the prior written consent of the seller is prohibited.
15. Personal Data Protection
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, especially the GDPR regulation.
Details are provided in the separate document "Personal Data Processing Principles".
16. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute.

17. Force Majeure
The seller is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, in particular natural disasters, war, strikes, supplier failures, epidemics, or interventions by public authorities.
18. Final Provisions
The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
For purchase agreements already concluded, the wording of the terms and conditions effective on the date of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
These terms and conditions become effective on 30.06.2026.
